Brandywine Falls
On the drive up to Whistler we saw that there were some water falls on the way. So the next day we went down to squamish to pick up some stuff at Walmart that we forgot. It is cheaper then buying stuff in the whistler stores. On our way back we decided to stop and check out the Brandywine Falls. They were so beautiful.
Whistler Apple Fun
Every time we come to Whistler we go to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. They have these delicious carmel apples. My favorite is the apple pie it is so yummy.

Whistler Swiming Fun
Whistler Vacation
When we come to Whistler usually in the spring we do a lot of skiing. So this time it is summer and there is no snow. So we have done some fun stuff that doesn't include snow and a few things that we always do when we come to Whistler.
The Rec Center
Is this place that has this wonderful pool with a river like thing in it and a whirlpool. It also has lap pool and a hot tub and a slide to go into the pool. I am not giving it justice as I explain it so here are some pictures. They also have ice skating but we decided not to skate this time.
I guess these pictures don't do it justice either.
These pictures were taken at our out door pool at the condo where we were staying at called the Aspens.

Spring's Visit
Last Tuesday I was so excited and happy to have one of my favorite cousins come to visit with her new little baby Sailor. It was so fun to hang out with Spring, Brett and Sailor. Sailor is 2 Months younger then Lilly. Spring has always wanted to be a Mommy. She is such a good Mom and Brett is a great Dad. They came in Tuesday night and left Wednesday morning. We had a family dinner so everyone could see her. We ate Pizza and just had fun visiting. We will be going camping with them later this month.
Here are the pictures we took of Sailor and Lilly.

Garden Party
Last week Aunt Gerene and Grandma Hoisington had a Garden Party for all of the girl cousins. Gerene made these adorable aprons and ordered hats. The girls all decorated the hats themselves. They came all dressed up in their dresses ready for a tea party. Gerene made tablecloths and center pieces for the tables. It was so cute and they were taught how to use their manners. Using napkins and the whole thing. It was just so cute. They had a great time. Thank You Aunt Gerene and Grandma Hoisington.

Dosiwallup Camping
A couple weeks ago Kyle took all 4 girls hiking and camping. I stayed home with Lilly it was nice. It was at first going to just be a hike with just Gabby, and Miley and maybe Belle. Then Lydia wanted to go but Kyle said she couldn't because she wears diapers. Soon after that she started going on the toilet. She has been doing pretty good with a few accidents a week. So of course he had to take her.
So they all ended up going.
When he decided to take all the girls up he thought someone else should go up with him so he asked one of his friends from work Michael Shipley. So they all went up together. They are also members of the church and my girls just adored his older daughter. They think she is so cool.
Kyle decided on Dosiwallups because of the waterfalls and because the trail is an old road that washed out. So he decided to take the jogger stroller. The trail was approximately 6 miles in and out of course. So my 10, 8, 5 and 3yr. old did a 12 mile hike. Lydia rode in the stroller some of the way and then they would take off their packs and she would walk. Each of the older girls carried there own clothes and sleeping bags and even some of the food. Belle carried a pack as well with some of her clothes and Lydia had a pack too. They had a great time. On the way up Belle ended up getting a blister on her foot and wore flip flops the rest of the time. So on the way down the mountain Belle and Lydia ended up riding down. There is a nice picture in the slide show.
Next year we will see where he decides to go and I will decide if it will be worth it to take a 1 year old on. It may be a few years before I get to go with them. We have been slowly buying gear for me. I have a hiking sleeping bag and that's about it. I can't wait to go camping with them!!
Kyle is trying to at least do one back packing trip a year with the girls. It was a nice trip for all of them and I was able to relax just a little.

The Newest Hoisington Cousins
The other day I was able to watch my nephew Braden. He is a few months younger then Lilly. They were both crying at the same time so I put them both on my lap and they stopped crying. So this picture was taken on my lap.
