Krista's wedding was a Mad Hatter theme. It was fun and turned out great. It was raining that morning so we had to move it to the church. It turned out great, because we had a lot of room to get ready with the bridesmaids on one side of church and grooms men on the other. They just moved all the decorations to the Gym. It turned out wonderful as if it was planned that way. Kyle was the photographer and set up a back drop up on the stage where he took so many pictures. With the back drop set up he took tons of family members family pictures. He took just under 1200 pictures. So I just picked a few and left out a ton.
Carlee did the wonderful Cake. Aunt Gerene did the food and decorating with help in the kitchen from many friends and family. I want to Thank everyone who helped so much with the wedding. I also want to Thank all the family members who came from a distance to be here for Krista and Tommy's special day! We loved having you! Enjoy the pictures!

Night Time Swim!

Since it's been hot this last week the girls have been swimming everyday. Kyle promised them they could swim one night in the dark. I gave them glow sticks and they would throw them to the bottom of the pool and then race to see who could pick up the most. I think Kyle and Emma did it the most. As you can see the 3 youngest were in the boat. Kyle put warm water in the boat for Lilly and Lydia from the hot water heater. They had a great time! I stayed out so I could help the kids get in and out of the pool plus it is cold. They still had a great time and want to do it again. Hopefully we will have some more warm weather again soon!
Vancouver Temple Open House
On our way home from Whistler during Spring Break we decided to go to the open house of the temple. It was so wonderful the spirit was so strong. My girls thought it was beautiful. When we were all done and they were looking at the brochure I asked them what there favorite rooms were I think all of them pointed to the Celestial Room and the sealing rooms.
We of course took tons of pictures mind my kids hair we were already on our way home so Lydia's is a little messy from the car ride. Kyle of course had to take a picture of the maybe 3 protesters. Gabby was really upset that they were there. She even told her primary teacher about it.
So I know this post it late in coming, but it was on a different camera and I was just able to download the pictures. I thought it was a really important event to document.

Zoo
Jared(my brother) and Ali came for Krista's Wedding and stayed all last week. So we decided to go to Point Defiace Zoo and Aquarium. We saw a lot of fun animals. The high light for me was seeing the new baby Tigers. They were so cute. Belle really liked the owls and Porqupine, Gabby liked the Tigers and Monkeys, Lilly it was hard to tell but I think she was most fasinated with the Walruses, Miley liked the Tigers, Elephants and the New Snow Leapard, Last but not least Lydia liked the Walrus and Tigers. So the baby Tigers were #1 at our house.
We had a great time with Jared, Ali and Cody. I hope they come again soon!
Goodbye Cousin Doug

It's been about 2 weeks ago now that Kyle's Cousin passed away. Leaving behind 2 adorable little girls. He was hit by a drunk driver who was being pursued by the police. She was going 80 miles an hour and he died instantly.
Doug was a good father and son. He recently took his daughter and my 2 oldest girls to Seattle for the day. They had a marvelous time. Roxy is in between Gabby and Miley. They love to spend time with each other. Roxy lives in Utah.
Roxy and Margot our prayers are with you! Aunt Gerene Doug and Cousins they are with you too. We love you all!

Hells Canyon
On our way home from the reunion Kyle decided we should check out Hells canyon. I think he liked it just for the name. Doug Holladay said it was awesome. It was beautiful and the girls liked it. Not quite what we expected and according to the map the road went through. It had since washed out so we ended up doing some back tracking. We were so late that we decided we were to tired to drive any farther and camped at some campground on just before immigrant springs. We put up the tent and had kids in bed in 20 minutes. In the dark using the headlight for light. Good times!
This is just a few of the shots from the reunion. That is our tent we stayed outside which was nice. Kyle decided to camp away from the other tenters. He wanted to be under the trees. The adults were teasing Kyle and said, that is where the snakes are. Well, Lydia heard this and Kyle picks up a seed pod and says see the snake. Well, Lydia wakes up in the middle of the night standing up and screaming at the top of her lungs pointing to Belle's head. Saying something about a slug or snake. Thank goodness we were away from the other tents. Serves them right for scaring a 4 yr old.
We had a wonderful time as always at the reunion. See you all next year here in Washington.
Fireworks Fun
On the 4th the weather was bad in Nampa. So they decided to wait and do the fireworks during the reunion. It was a wonderful show. They did a great job! Kyle was able to get some great Pictures.
Visiting the Killions
Our friends just moved to the Boise area a few months ago. He just finished Chiropractic school and bought a practice in Eagle. So we decided to surprise him and walked in to his practice. He knew we were coming soon and was pleasently surprised. We then went to his house with him and the girls all played. They have 5 girls too. Becca and I worked together at Dr. Brians a long time ago. We had babies together. Steve and Mike (Kyle's brother) were unseperable in High School. So Kyle and Steve have so many stories of when they were younger, Steve was at their house all the time. We love them. The girls get along so well.
Our releif Society President is Becca's Mom. A funny story (I'm in Primary) so when we got there Sis. Lonyd was there and had been there a month. I didn't even know she had been gone.
Becca and Steve came over on Saturday to the reunion and played all day on the inflatables too. They were so excited to see Grandma Hoisington. Steve and Becca thanks for visiting with us!
Inflatable Fun!
Doug and Judy hosted the Reunion this year and they have all these inflatable toys. So Saturday the kids spent the day playing on water slides and enjoying each others company. I applied sun screen a few times but they still all burned a little. Lydia stayed on them the entire day! The other kids came and went just playing in the yard. It was so nice to catch up. Thanks Doug and Judy!
Reunion Trip Camping
We decided to stay at Immigrant Springs state park on our way to Nampa this year. We also decided to stay in a cabin and not our tent. It was a duplex of sorts us on one side and Janene and her family on the other. It was fun! Rex made ribs for dinner and the kids just played and played and played. Those boys are so active. Janene you do have your hands full. Poor Edmund fell right on his face I felt so bad. Lily did well with sleeping with us and all. It was a lot of fun! We'll have to do it again sometime.
