Decorating Tree 2010
This year we decided to put up our fake tree. Kyle brought it up to the house and after church we decorated the Tree. It was mostly me and the kids while Kyle watched. Until the very end when it was Lydia's turn to put on the star. It was a really nice sunday.

Cookie Fun!
One afternoon I decided that we were going to make sugar cookies. I decided I was going to surprise the girls. So I called our neighbors and invited them the day before. The girls were surprised and we had a great time. We also had Kyla too!

Tree Decorating
A couple of weeks ago we got our tree out of storage. When Kyle went to get the tree he found in the box with the tree a mouse nest. There weren't any mice in the nest. Just to be safe when he decided to leave the tree on the porch overnight. We brought the tree in and decided this year we would put it in our living room. I really like it in there. Each of the girls have their own box of ornaments so they put them up. Poor Lydia only had 2 since she is only 2. We let them pick out an ornament every year.

Christmas
Christmas was a hit at our house. Santa did come even though we threaten to email Santa and tell him how the girls were not listening. Lydia received a Winnie the Pooh riding toy, Gabby an Gabrella (High School Musical Barbie), Miley an Hannah Montana doll, Belle a cd/radio to listen to stories when falling asleep. The hit thing though for the girls was a bunk bed. They were so excited and they have a lot more room to play. It was a busy day as always. We started out at our house with Santa gifts and then our Christmas gifts to each other.
Then we were off to Gramy and Papa's for Swedish Pancakes and gifts. Then from there it was off to Grandma Hoisingtons for lunch/dinner. After dinner we(Kyle and all of his siblings and spouses) all decided to go to the movies. We also took Gabby and Miley. We went and saw National Treasure Book of Secrets. It was intense and I was a little worried about Miley. I kept asking her if she was okay. They both loved the movie. When the movie was over it was back to Grandma Hoisington for the cousin gift exchange. They all seemed to enjoy there gifts. The big gift was from Grandma Hoisington. She bought a Wii for the grandkids.(stays at her house) I think she wanted something so that the older kids still want to come to her house. Plus a Wii is tons of fun! So it was a fun filled day.
