This is a picture of my parents last summer. I love it. They were visiting the Mormon Battalion monument. My Great Great Great Grandpa was in the battalion. They went there to find out more information. The monument is in old down town San Diego it is fun to check out. It was just recently remodeled.

I remember when I was in Junior High one of my teachers was talking about going there because he is really interested in history, and he was so annoyed about all the "religious" stuff.
I love it there. The spirit is really strong.
