For Spring Break this year we went to Whistler again. This year my parents were in Japan and my other siblings didn't want or couldn't go so we went with some of the Hoisington families. Mike, Monique and their kids and Steve, Emily, Simon and Brenda.
It was so much fun! We explored the town. Went swimming at our favorite swimming place and just relaxed. We went to library where my kids each picked out books and read them all before we left. We went to the spaghetti factory and just had fun! Whistler is where my kids think of when we go on vacation. When I was a kid it was California. We all had fun and enjoyed every minute with our cousins and family.

Happy Birthday Lilly
We were at Whistler for Lilly's 2ND Birthday. We had brownies and Ice cream. Then we sang Happy Birthday and she opened her gifts. She got that puppy dog she is holding a my little pony and some snacks. She loves that dog! I asked her what it's name is and she said, Doggie. It was a fun Birthday with all.

Goodbye Great Grandma Edwards

A few days ago we received a call that Kyle's Grandma had a stroke and was in the hospital. They thought she might not make it very long so we went down to the hospital to say our goodbye's. She was so tired she could hear us talk to her and I told her we loved her and she tried to say I love you. When my mother in law asked her if she could hear us she shook her head yes. Then when she said can you open your eyes she said yes. Brenda said, Are you too tired to open your eyes and she shook her head yes. I thought that was kind of cute. She passed away last night. We will miss her. She was 91 and the sweetest lady. She had the best memory and tell us neat stories about what is was like here when she was a child. We would take a lunch and visit after church on Sundays. On our last visit it was just Kyle and I and the 3 youngest. Belle and Lydia stayed outside and played in her yard. The grand children love to play in her yard. We had a good visit with her. I will miss those visits.
Great Grandma Edwards we will miss you! We love you!
Love, Kyle, Katrina and Family
